Industrial Animator provides industrial animation, product visualization, engineering explainer, and process simulation services. All services are subject to separate agreements and project proposals.

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive a license to use the final animation deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Industrial Animator retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not made according to agreed terms.
Project proposals include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Industrial Animator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
